On January 25, 2012, Lavontria Aaron, Class of 2014, received a Campus Scholarship of $5000 from the Connecticut Space Grant College Consortium. She will be attending an awards reception in April. As a recipient, she also will outreach to middle/high schools in the community about STEM careers and her pursuits in that area. Congrats, Lavontria!

Oluwaremilekun (Remy) Ojurongbe had an internship doing research at the USDA-ARS in Beltsville, MD.
